3.3 Comments and Gravatar
When you leave a comment on neushimo.com, your display name, email address, and (optionally) website URL are collected. Your email address is used to retrieve your Gravatar profile image, if you have one, via a request to gravatar.com (a service by Automattic). Gravatar receives your hashed (encrypted) email address and may log the IP address of the request. Gravatar does not set cookies on your device.

3.4 Marketing Cookies
No marketing cookies are currently set on neushimo.com. This category exists in our cookie banner for future transparency in the event we run advertising campaigns. If and when marketing cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for consent again.
4. Newsletter Subscriptions
neushimo.com offers an email newsletter powered by Jetpack Subscriptions (Automattic). If you subscribe, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you notifications about new posts. This is not managed by cookies — it is a separate data collection activity.

8. How to Remove Your Data
8.1 How to Delete a Comment You Left
If you have left a comment on neushimo.com and would like it removed:
- Email us at neoantonio.work@gmail.com with the subject line:
Comment Removal Request. - Include the URL of the page where the comment appears and the name you used.
- We will remove the comment and any associated personal data within 15 business days in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
Alternatively, if you have a WordPress.com account and were logged in when you commented, you may be able to delete the comment directly from your account.
8.2 How to Request Correction or Deletion of Your Data
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, object to, and request the deletion of your personal data we hold. To exercise any of these rights:

8.3 How to Unsubscribe from the Newsletter
There are two ways to unsubscribe from neushimo.com post notifications:
Option A — via the unsubscribe link in emails: Every notification email sent by Jetpack Subscriptions contains an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to be immediately removed from the list.
Option B — via WordPress.com:
- Go to subscribe.wordpress.com
- Enter the email address you subscribed with.
- Select neushimo.com from your subscription list and click Unsubscribe.
Option C — by contacting us: Contact us neoantonio.work@gmail.com or submit the request form in the Privacy Policy page.
Once unsubscribed, your email address will be removed from active distribution. Residual records may be retained in Automattic’s systems in line with their data retention policies.
9. Data Transfers Outside the Philippines
Some of the third-party services listed in this policy — specifically Google (for GA4 and Google Tag) and Automattic (for Jetpack, WordPress.com, and Gravatar) — process and store data on servers located outside the Philippines, including in the United States.
These transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law. Google and Automattic maintain standard contractual clauses and other safeguards for international data transfers.
10. Children’s Privacy
neushimo.com is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this site, please contact us at neoantonio.work@gmail.com or submit the request form in the Privacy Policy page and we will delete it promptly.
